Domestic orders
Stringers Sports Store will deliver all footwear purchases sent within Australia for a nominal fee of $7.50. We do not charge for handling. All clothing orders are delivered for free. All orders are shipped via Australia Post and are fully registered. Whatever it takes to get you the package the fastest! You'll receive your package in 7-10 working days.
International orders
International orders will be sent via registered air mail at a cost of AUD$35.00. This charge will be added to the cost of the item purchased. International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes.
GST / Taxes
Domestic orders
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown on our website.
International orders
The total price of your order will include 10% GST at checkout. However, this will be deducted when your international order is processed and your credit card is charged.
Returns / Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return the items to us in 100% new and unused condition within 30 days from the original shipping date and we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange. To return shoes within Australia please use our Reply Paid service.

For Exchange Orders
We understand you want your replacement order as soon as possible! That's why you can place your new order at www.stringersports.com.au or call us on (03) 9544 2925. We will order the new items for you immediately using your creditcard and refund your returned merchandise back to your credit card as soon as we receive the items back.
Sizing
In Australia we use the US sizing system of sizing. If you are used to the UK system please order one size larger to convert to the US system.
